West ed mall the staff was amazing! I am almost 50 got bra pantie set. I have never felt so pretty and beautiful. My body changed with age was unhappy. But i felt so good i bought my first sundress! I had a super power under it. Thank you so much . Got a green bra set that has your name in crystals on the strap. Sincerly jennifer nobbs

Their products may cost a premium, but they're of outstanding quality and will last you a very long time. All of my wife's Victoria's Secret lingerie, which she's bought over the years, is still in perfect condition, which can't be said about other brands.

Their models have become less attractive over the years, though.

Victoria Sectret quality is not what it used to be one time. Recently bought some bras, not even 1 month i worn them and the cup is deformed. This is my last time i buy from Victoria,sadly it used to be my favorite brand((

I ordered a hot pink colored bra. I double checked it, I ordered the pink! & yet i was send bright green totally different color order number even. Dont know how they could get it confused. But!… its really cute, since its a summer time sports bra. I decided to keep it. ;).

My Credit card was deactivate because of not using due to me Cleaning up my credit. VS is horrible and the merchandise is crap. Thank God for closing it down. Will never use VS again.

V.S has really gone down the drain since rebranding their models, quality, prices are outrageous! I won't be spending my money there!

I gave it 2 for effort in some customer service reps but truthfully the quality gets worst and worst each time. Used to love it but they have gotten so absurd with their policies! To return or exchange you need to return"rewards" you got when purchasing items even if you don't use them! The problem is they are cardboard coupon like paper that I just through away! Then they say they can't just get store credit to exchange items yet they close their fittings room over 40 min before closing so they recommend buying and returning but give you soooooooo much difficulty to return.

An image in one of their obscene masochist slums triggered horror as these mongoloids were using brain fragmenting against me when I triggered the memory of their hardened torture...they are transgendered and hate woman...

I've been trying to find some pretty cotton knickers online and was glad to find some lovely designs on the Victoria Secret website. I'm pleased with the designs but was hugely disappointed with the quality of the fabric. If they're charging £9 for knickers they should be of good quality. These are made in India or Vietnam with cheap fabric, stamped with Victoria's name and we have literally been caught with our pants down (pun absolutely intended)

Their lingerie is very comfortable and it gives my body the shape it needs.

Be careful when you sign up for the Victoria‘s secret credit card. They charge extra whenever they can and give wrong info over the phone. Would not recommend it. Horrible experience!

I was racially and aged profiled! I was not greeted or acknowledged the 45mins present in the store!

I went to the Victoria secret in Saint David’s 2 shopping centre wales and had a great experience. One worker in particular, Carla was an absolute star , so kind , helpful and sweet . Carla is the standard I think all retail workers should be at . Amazing.

If you live in Netherlands and order beware that returns have to be sent back to France. They don't tell you this upfront which is legally not compliant. They promised a refund of these return costs but after 11 emails they have still not refunded. The customer service is a big joke. Never ordering again.

The worst online shopping experience in 20 years.

Ordered from the Victoria's Secret US site from Australia.

There was a website glitch with the match address dropdown, and my apartment and street number were left off the address. The live chat didn't work on the site, but I eventually tracked down a support email address with a Google Search. Sadly, they took 3 days to reply to my email, and by that time, the order had been packed and shipped.

They use a bulk-carrier system, so the original tracking number they issued is NOT the one on the actual parcel. I waited two weeks for the package to arrive in Australia and to receive the Australia Post tracking number. During this time I got a bunch of useless automated emails from VS saying they were waiting for a response back from the last-mile carrier (Australia Post).

I got in contact with Australia Post, and they confirmed the incomplete address was on the package, but due to their security policy they were unable to verify me as the recipient because VS does not include the recipient's email address or phone number with the tracking info,

VS support just keeps sending dishonest emails saying they're in contact with Australia Post and that the address has been updated. However, Australia Post has confirmed they've already started the return to sender process due to an incomplete address.

I'm sad, frustrated and disgusted and the incompetence of this multi-billion-dollar global company. Shame on you...
