"I ordered this bra thinking it would be..."
I ordered this bra thinking it would be lightly padded based on the description, but when it arrived it was definitely thicker than I expected. The color was also a little different in person. It’s not a bad bra, just not really what I thought I was getting. I guess I should’ve trusted my instinct when the description felt a bit vague.

"Pretty Happy Overall"
I got exactly what I ordered, and the sizes and colors were all right. Shipping took a little longer than I’d hoped, but there weren’t any mix-ups, so I’m happy overall.

"I like the look of victoriassecret…"
I like the look of victoriassecret. The colors and photos give me that little spark I remember from browsing cute styles with friends, where you instantly get a feel for what fits your mood. The product pages are clean, and choosing sizes or colors is straightforward. The only thing that bugs me a bit is the homepage can feel crowded with all the banners and pop-ups. But overall, the design is nice, and I can browse without feeling like it takes too much effort

Am I the only one who keeps having this happen? My order showed up late again, and the tracking info was basically no help at all. I kept checking for updates, but it didn’t really tell me anything useful. Frustrating

The order itself seemed totally fine, at least from what I can tell, but the box showed up looking smashed and was kind of half open. It’s probably not a huge deal, but I do feel like the packaging could’ve been better

I’m happy with the stuff I ordered, but the shipping was way slower than expected. It said it would arrive in a few days, and then you’re sitting there over a week later with barely any updates. I kept checking the tracking, and it just didn’t move for days. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying when you’re expecting it sooner.

"Good deals, but the emails add up"
I signed up for Victoria’s Secret emails mostly because I figured, if there’s a coupon in my inbox, I’ll know it’s probably worth a quick look. They do send some solid sale alerts and promo codes, and I’ve definitely grabbed a few good deals that way. My shortcut now is basically scanning the subject line for a big discount and deleting the rest. The only downside is they email often, sometimes more than I want. Still, the offers are easy to understand and it’s not hard to use.

"Helpful at first, then really frustrating"
I was hopeful at first because I did get a response, but the whole experience ended up being frustrating. I waited days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like a generic copy-paste answer that didn’t actually solve anything. It was confusing because they seemed like they were trying to help, but nothing really got fixed. i’m annoyed and probably won’t order again.

"Using the gift card was more frustrating than expected"
I tried using my gift card online and kept getting errors at checkout, which was annoying. "Pretty happy Overall"
I grabbed a few bras and leggings from Victoria’s Secret most of them fit really nice. The bra sizing was close to what I normally wear, maybe a little snug at first, but it got more comfy after I wore it for a bit. The leggings were kinda long on me, but not enough to be a big Deal. I do wish the sizing was more consistent from style to style though. Overall I’m still happy with what I got, just definitely check the reviews and size chart before ordering.

I usually have no trouble finding my size on victoriassecret, which is really nice. Some of the cuter colors do sell out super fast though, so I’ve definitely missed out on a few things I wanted?? But the basics are usually in stock when I check, and the shipping options are easy to understand. Overall, good experience.

I shop here regularly, and the loyalty rewards are solid. I’ve gotten a few coupons and freebie offers that actually made a difference on my orders, which is always nice. The only thing is that sometimes the points or rewards take a bit to show up, and that feels like an avoidable annoyance. Still, overall it works fine and it’s definitely better than a lot of other store rewards programs I’ve used.
